- Read the reply draft and correct anything that needs it.
- When you have checked it, change the status to 'Sent'.

Frequently asked questions
Which AI do you use?
We choose a business AI such as Claude or ChatGPT to suit the work and connect it to the tools you already use. Work that can be done with rules alone is done without AI.
Is it all right to send company data to an external AI?
The first test uses samples with personal information removed. We decide at the design stage what is passed outside and tell you, and data that must not be sent is handled without AI or left out of scope.
Does it connect to the Excel files, ERP or online-store admin screens we use now?
The method depends on whether the program supports data integration or lets you download files. Tell us the name of the program you use and we will check what is possible. If a separate service sign-up is needed, as with issuing electronic tax invoices or KakaoTalk Alimtalk, we will tell you in advance.
What if the automation gets something wrong?
What AI reads and sorts can be wrong, so we add a step where a person checks before an amount is confirmed or anything is sent outside. Items that fail to process are collected and reported separately.
