Services built and run by TNT

How the project works

  1. Discuss the project

We look at who will use the service, what they need to do and how they do it today.

    Discussion notesFeature list

  2. Agree on scope and quote

Define the scope and completion criteria for each feature, keeping unresolved items separate.

  3. Review screens and build

Development follows the client’s review of the main screens and flows. Change requests record their scope and schedule impact.

What we need for a quote

We quote each project based on its feature scope and include a scope table.

Web & app development

  • What to build: website / web service / mobile app / internal tool / improvements to an existing service
  • What is ready: idea only / specification / design / a live service
  • Features: sign-up and login / payments / bookings / admin screens / notifications / maps and location / languages / integrations / file uploads / unsure
  • Reference service links (optional)
  • Your target launch date: within 1 month / 1–3 months / later than 3 months / undecided
  • Support after launch: needed / not needed / discuss
  • Budget

Mark undecided items as “unsure” or “decide after discussion.”

Frequently asked questions

How do I choose between a website, web app and mobile app?

Compare where people will use it, whether installation is needed, device features such as the camera or push notifications, and operating costs.

What should I check in a quote?

Check whether design, content, admin screens, integrations, testing and launch support are included. Domain, server, payment processing, map and messaging fees are charged by the respective providers.

Does receiving the source code transfer all rights to me?

File delivery and rights transfer are separate matters. Copyright, external open-source licenses and ownership of server or domain accounts need separate terms. Have a legal specialist review rights agreements and privacy policies. App transfers between developer accounts have their own process.

Is an app ready for store release once development ends?

Apple and Google determine approval and timing through store review. Apple asks for information and accounts that let reviewers access the app's features. Google has closed-testing requirements for new personal developer accounts created after November 13, 2023. Policies are checked again when preparing a release.

How do fixes and maintenance differ after completion?

Maintenance fees are agreed separately based on the service size and management scope. Error fixes, content changes and added features are discussed as separate tasks. Published Korean software standard contracts also distinguish development from maintenance.
