What we collect

Only through the inquiry form on this website. Required: inquiry type, email, consent to the collection and use of personal information, and the items marked required for the inquiry type you choose (for example what to build, the repetitive work, the product to import or export, the garment to make). Optional: company and name, phone number, preferred contact method, link to materials, attachments (up to 3 files, 10 MB in total), and the other items of the inquiry type (for example budget, quantity, tools you use, anything to add). Information in your inquiry text or attachments is forwarded as well. Please do not enter or attach sensitive information such as a national ID number.

When you submit the inquiry form, we convert your IP address and email address into hash values (values that are difficult to turn back into the originals) and store them together with submission times to prevent spam and repeated submissions. We do not store the original IP address or email address for this purpose. The time between opening and submitting the form is used only to assess spam and is not stored separately.

Why we use it

To confirm and answer your inquiry, and to proceed with quotes and consultation. When you submit an inquiry, we send a confirmation email to the address you entered to let you know it was received. We send it no more than once every 24 hours to the same email address, and we do not send it for inquiries suspected of being spam. The email does not include your inquiry content. Cloudflare Turnstile checks whether the inquiry form is being submitted by an automated program (bot check).

To prevent spam and repeated submissions, we assess spam signals in inquiry content, the time spent filling in the form, and hash values of IP addresses and email addresses. Inquiries suspected of being spam are flagged and forwarded to the company without being deleted; their attachments are discarded, not forwarded. However, submissions clearly sent by automated programs may not be forwarded.

How long we keep it

For one year after we finish handling your inquiry, then we delete it. Attachments are kept with the inquiry email for the same period. If the inquiry leads to a transaction, contract, payment and tax records are kept for the period set by the relevant laws.

Hash values and submission times used to prevent spam and repeated submissions are automatically deleted 24 hours after the last submission.

Service providers and transfers abroad

Your inquiry, including any attachments, passes through Resend, Inc. (email sending, including the confirmation email, USA; data in the Tokyo region), Cloudflare, Inc. (web hosting, security, visit statistics, email routing and the Turnstile bot check, USA) and Google LLC (Gmail storage, USA). Each provider's own privacy policy applies to its logs. An email sent directly to [email protected] also passes through Cloudflare and Google, so the transfer abroad is the same. If you do not agree to the transfer abroad, you cannot use the inquiry form or inquire by email.

When you submit the inquiry form, Cloudflare also processes hash values of your IP address and email address, together with submission times, to limit repeated submissions (stored in Workers KV). These hash values and submission times are kept for no more than 24 hours; other retention follows Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

For Turnstile, Cloudflare states that “Turnstile processes only the data strictly necessary to provide this security function” and “does not access, store, or transmit user communications, form entries, or other page inputs.” What Turnstile processes follows Cloudflare’s official documentation: Turnstile documentation, Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Your rights

You may ask at [email protected] to access, correct or delete your data, to stop its processing, or to withdraw consent. We respond within 10 days after verifying your identity.

Safety measures

Access is limited to the minimum number of people needed, and the website and inquiry form use HTTPS. Attachments are not stored on the website server or any separate storage; they are only forwarded by email.

Cookies

We do not install cookies ourselves or use advertising trackers. The inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for the bot check; what it processes follows Cloudflare’s documentation above. We only look at aggregate visit statistics, such as page views, referral sources and browser types, through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies or local storage and does not identify individuals.
